I learn in an ECHO issue that you could use termite nests to fee crops .
Proving that a short bit of knowledge is a unsafe thing , that made me decide to do this :
These acts ofTermitidaeterrorism were commit for the intent of make potting soil .

I smashed us two termite nests over a tarp , then put the contents into a couplet of bucketful .
Looks like estimable material for a garden … or for potting soil , does n’t it ? I have in mind , monolithic swarms of diminutive termites aside .
I ’ve made / stretched potting soil before and did a video on it a few month back :

That premature batch of potting soil was n’t totally from incision . So while looking around for near fillers , my centre fall on the big conehead termite nest down in the cocoa orchard .
Perfect !
What I did n’t expect was how interested the local wasp would be in these termite nests .
You need to watch the video to see just how crazy thing got .
Anyhow , I figured the wasps would light up out after they ’d deplete all the termites . I was awry .
Check out this update television I posted yesterday – the wasps are still at it !
Hopefully they calm down eventually . you may see the various ingredients I mixed to make potting grease , which lead us to
My Experimental Homemade Potting Soil Recipe

Final Thoughts
At first I was well-chosen the WASP were eat the termites , as my chicken were too mute to come when I cry .
Now , after a few Day , as the bunch of wasps stay on unabated , I ’m bear on they may be eating up the termite nest themselves . Not sure . I talked to a local farmer today and he said something in wiped out termite nests always attracts the wasps .
I ’m not surprised they keep coming as the termite nests sense surprisingly sweet , exchangeable to a bee colony . That I did not await .
Anyhow , I ’m probably just go to pot plants in the iniquity if these WASP do n’t go out soon . They ’re really overwhelming .
Nature is nuts .
