It ’s a staple at their menage , and is used on many things besides just salad . Joel says that he would eat it on a leather boot ! For this recipe I select to utilize the Crater Lake Blue and a little bit of the Oregonzola . While you may not be able to discover Rogue Creamery cheese where you live , it ’s still fairly easy to get high quality blue cheese at most fund .

Blue Cheese Salad Dressing Recipe
