As is , steamed / cook with onions and butter , in casseroles , soups , stew , meat loaf
pea : snow / snap
Rinse , remove strand and stems , blanch one minute . Leave whole or cut into 1 - inch pieces . stop dead on trays ( not touching ) , shop in freezer bagful .
Steamed or in stir - fries , soup , stews , salads
plum
Wash , pit , cut in half . Freeze on trays , store in freezer base .
