The International Association of Horticultural Producers ( AIPH ) has declare the full line - up of expert speakers for this year ’s AIPH International Green City Conference entitled ‘ Urban Greening for Clean and Healthy Cities ’ . The conference will take place on 11th September as the first - day event of the World Ornamental Horticulture Summit 2019 in Beijing .
