Hello Folks ! Where has the summertime gone ? I have n’t write since August and I think it ’s due to the HEAT , drought and NO MONSOONS . I became depressed because I had to use so much urine to keep everything live . And even then everything struggled in the heat anyways with enough water include me ! Plus I wonder , is this the hereafter with clime modification ? I hope this was just a bad season .
STRUGGLES
It was a elusive year in the garden for me . And even though the picture above looked slap-up , there were many challenges this year . The kale got eaten by squirrel , daikon fry , the cabbage rot or got eat , the garbanzo beans fried , the capsicum patch with 18 dissimilar peppers were attacked by mouse who rust hole in them to get the germ . Interesting enough the mice did not attack the hot peppers , only the sweet peppers . The black eye and squirrels do not like hot peppers . The deer eat a lot of my grape , A packrat ate some cucumbers but it did n’t count because the heat made most of them bitter . Plus the packrat liked tomatoes too . The individual snort fruit really strike apart with the heating so not honest there either . I understand all living creature want to survive and will go into our gardens and corrode our veggies because they too fight this year . I acknowledge when we have a practiced yr weatherwise , they do n’t come into the garden so much .

There was some good news - not all bad . The blackberries did well , the tomato did amount in only later because of the heat and the cherry tomatoes did really well . We just now are finish up the tomatoes for the season and it ’s November ! The strawberries made yield and were harvest in early June before the heating plant really came on . The carrot stalled out but came back once the heat leave and now we are getting some bully Daucus carota sativa ! The lettuce was great in the spring in the glasshouse where the beds there are protected from mouse and I replant in the greenhouse in Sept and now have great dough with these ice chest temporary worker . The Madagascar pepper in reality did really unspoilt production wise except for the mice . Oh , and the heyday did really well which is nutrient for my mortal and the pollinators .
