The primary garden viewed from a path leading to our pack of cards . Purple delphinium(Delphiniumelatum , Zones 3–7 ) and hydrated lime greenhostaslead the eye across the way to the first of the shade garden .

The tall spire of an former - fashionedhollyhock(Alcea rosea , Zones 3–8 ) place upright spotter above xanthous daylilies(Hemerocallishybrid , Zones 4–8 ) and tall , deep pinkish phlox .

This path leads past the firepit sphere through the open logic gate to the sun garden . In summer ’s fullness it is fill with marvellous yellowyarrow(Achilleahybrid , Zones 3–8 ) , phlox , and Shasta daisies(Leucanthemum× superbum , Zones 4–9 ) . before in spring the red-faced poppies and over-embellished - blue angel of my grandmother ’s iris pull back you in . Sometimes a red George Fox relaxes back here !
