Crassula’Tom Thumb ' is a chance cross found by W. J. Ruysch in the Netherlands . It lead from a cross betweenCrassula rupestrissubsp.rupestrisandCrassula rupestrissubsp.marnieriana .

Crassula’Tom Thumb ' , also screw asCrassula’Klein Duimpje ' , is a wizardly , smallsucculentwith tiny , triangular farewell stage in opposite pairs along erect , spreading , or accumbent stems . The stems can produce up to 6 inches ( 15 cm ) long , include inflorescences . The minty green leaf have colorful reddish edges when exposed to intense sunlight . They can measure up to 0.2 inches ( 0.5 cm ) long and 0.15 inches ( 0.4 cm ) astray . There is also a variegated mutant calledCrassula’Pastel ' .

The tiny ashen to pink flowers appear in dense last clusters in outflow .
